How to Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—it’s quick and easy to reset it. Just follow the steps below to regain access to your account.
Step 1: Click “Forgot Password”
Go to the login page of our website or app. Under the password field, you’ll see a link that says “Forgot Password?” Click on it to start the reset process.
Step 2: Check Your Email
After clicking the link, you’ll receive an email from us within a few minutes. Open the email and look for the “Reset Password” button. Click on it, and a new browser window or tab will open.
Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
In the new browser window, you’ll be asked to enter your email address and choose a new password. Make sure your new password is strong—ideally a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Step 4: Reset and Log In
Once you've entered your details, click the “Reset Password” button. You should see a confirmation message letting you know the reset was successful. You can now return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
