Payment is always made at the end of your stay.
Do not pay for parking on arrival.
To pay at the paystation, enter your vehicle registration number, and it will display your entry time and the tariff based on how long you’ve been parked. All of our car parks apart from Ducie Street have paystations.
For app payments, open the app, select “Pay for Parking,” then choose “Car Registration.” Enter your registration number, tap “Continue,” select the car park you’re in, and the payment amount will appear.
If you see the message "vehicle not found" when entering your registration number at the pay station, simply use the + and - buttons to select the date and time of your entry.
The app also has a similar feature. If it can't find your registration number, you can manually select the date and entry time to proceed with your payment.
Ducie Street doesn't have a paystation and is mobile pay only.
Our paystations only accept card payments.
