You can amend your prebooking up to 15 minutes before your parking session is due to start online or via our website - book.citipark.co.uk/login . Simply visit the "Tickets’ section in your account, find your active booking and click "Manage Booking".
Any changes will be reflected in your chosen payment method (refund or additional payment).
If the booking has already started, you won't be able to amend it.
