Cheltenham is the only car park where you’ll need to use a QR code for entry and exit.
You can find the QR code in your account under "Prebook Tickets" or "Season Tickets" or check your emails. Simply scan the QR code at the reader on the column to gain access or exit. If you encounter an error message, please press the intercom button (the telephone icon), which will connect you to our control room, where they can assist you with manual entry or exit.
Please note, taking a ticket upon entry creates a separate charge linked to your vehicle in our system. When you scan a QR code at exit, it may show an outstanding payment. We can remove this issue, but if it’s not addressed, it may cause problems with the QR code functionality.
