How to View Your Parking History
To view your parking history, including prebooked tickets, season passes, and mobile pay tickets, follow these steps:
- Log into the app. (Available on both iOS & Android)
- Tap the icon in the top right corner to access "Your Account."
- In Your Account, you’ll find options for Mobile Pay Tickets, Season Tickets, and Prebookings. Here, you can view both past and current tickets.
If you don't use the app, simply email into enquiries@citipark.co.uk and one of our agents will be able to send over what you need.
